First published in 1726, Gulliver’s Travels in both an adventure story and a satire type of writing that tries to improve people’s behavior by showing how foolish it can be. This version includes Lemuel Gulliver’s adventure in two strange lands. Lilliput, where he is a giant among the tiny inhabitants, and Brobdingnag, where he is not much bigger than an insect in a land of giants.
